When You Visit

If you are unfamiliar with the rites and rituals of the Episcopal Church, that is okay! You will find everything you need to participate in worship in your service bulletin. It is also okay to simply relax and observe when you visit, letting the congregation carry you in worship. That being said, when you visit:

  • Please allow us to greet you after the service, and consider staying for some coffee and treats in our entryway so we can learn a little bit about you and hear something of how you made your way to us.

  • Ask any questions you have about our liturgy, our community, or our building! For instance: "Why is your altar in the center of your space?" or "Why do some people cross themselves?" We are curious about your experience, and eager to answer questions.

  • Come back a couple more times as you discern whether or not this is the right place for you. Conventional wisdom suggests that it takes about three visits to be able to tell if a faith community is right for you.
